What will I need?

1. MONEY: (afraid so) minimum of 1 month's rent and 6 weeks deposit plus an Administration Fee.
2. REFERENCES: (sorry, references from the student bar do not count) College, Landlord, Bank and Guarantor.

What type of Agreement do you use?

• Assured Shorthold Tenancy, which is a fixed term tenancy, a minimum of six months.

When should I start looking?

• 3 weeks prior to your move-in date.
